I actually placed my order via phone, because I believed the offer of free shipping on such a heavy item was just another internet scam!! I'd been looking for a recumbent bike since my first total knee replacement in July, the one in the Hospital PT dept seemed to help me loosen up better than anything else. I found you and ordered just before my second total knee replacement in late November.......by the time I got home from the hospital, it was there! I especially love the nearly flat bar extending from the seat to the internals, as it made it quite easy to lift my leg over to mount the bike vs the hospital one, where you need quite a bend just to mount & dismount. Nothing is sacrificed as far as nice, hefty weight of the unit, and same control panels the hospital one offers. I find that without spending 5 minutes twice a day on the bike, these new knees try to revert to tree stumps, so even though your main clients are probably jocks......I can't recommend your Stamina 7500 highly enough for any older person trying to just stay limber. Hi Victor, We received the Vario Gym last week. It's a neat piece of equipment. I was a bit taken back at the start because it is not the same as the Milti-Gym unit. I see it is a newer version of that type. I think I'll be happier with the Vaio Gym than the more complicated Milti-Gym. Thanks for all your help in getting the two Kettler units out to us. I had been checking out the ENC650 spinning bike for my wife. Local dealer recommended this bike that has been in the industry for 15 years. Price $999.00 plus tax. Also I looked on the internet and found some deals that looked good, but shipping was 200-300 dollars. I had never made a purchase before on ebay, when I saw this bike listed for $899.00 shipping included. A few days later this bike was up for auction. I was very nervous because there were only a few hours left on the auction and it said email for shipping costs. I got a quick response and a quote of $75.00 for shipping. So I hurried up and signed up for ebay and made the winning bid. The bike arrived right when they said it would. I thought maybe it would come earlier since the shipping site was www.overnite.com. The technician came by last Saturday and I wanted to give it some time to ensure that he corrected the problem. First, in spite of the fact that I was having a problem with a new machine, he was impressed with the Kettler machine. The left side disk, the axle, and the bearings were replaced. The problem appears to have been a bad bearing and to this point, the problem has not recurred. I appreciate your assistance in getting the problem fixed. The tech who came out was courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, sincere that the machine was repaired fully to my satisfaction. If you folks ever need a reference, let me know. My name is Connie and I recently purchased the SportsArt 805 Elliptical machine. In making my choice, I realized that I wanted a home system that was going to last, and purform better than what could be found in the local sports supply stores, or department stores. It was also really important to have the adjustable stride. The cost was high, in the long run, it is really affordable. I figure that I am making a life change! I purchased an item that I can use at any hour. Figuring that I am a busy woman, who works up to 60 hours a week, it was important to have the machine right in my home fitness room. Now I can work out on a virtually silent machine. I am cutting down on the risk of heart attack and stroke, and even eliminating stress built up from the bay area commute. I got my home gym a couple weeks ago. I love it and I am already seeing results. I've lifted free weights off and on for the past 20 years because I always read they were better in building muscle than the home gyms. Not true. plagued with lower back pain for years, ever since a high school
sprts incident. I am now 41, and some days the pain is unbearable.

I have received my bike and it is assembled and has been used several
times. Everything is in great working condition and I am very happy. I had a double
knee operation, however since riding my new recumbent bike my strength
