The Lifespan TR500 Treadmill includes buttons for quick incline and speed selections, and a wide variety of workout programs including six programs that control the belt incline, five programs that control the belt speed, and two programs that you can create yourself.

Speed and Incline can be controlled on the Lifespan TR500 Treadmill using the four preset quick speed and quick incline buttons, or the up and down arrows on the console or the toggle buttons mounted on the handlebars.
