The CycleOps Pro 300PT Indoor Cycle includes an elctronic computer that records power, heart rate, speed, distance, time, and cadence. Data is stored on the computer and can be downloaded to your PC via a simple USB connection. You can then analyze your workouts with the included PowerLink software. All this and a PowerTap power sensor for the complete training experience.
