The Kettler Power Stepper, a synthesis of functionality, stability and attractive design. Excellent training for heart and lungs while simultaneously strengthening the muscles of the seat and legs. The foot-plate surfaces are mounted on separate bearings, thus allowing a natural climbing movement. The resistance can be set individually using the setting rings on the cylinders. The stepping speed selected beforehand is signalized acoustically and visually by the training computer. The Kettler Power Stepper is a great machine at an affordable price.
