With the LifeSpan TR200 MyTread Folding Treadmill users can go directly to 3, 4, 5 or 6 mph and to incline level 4, 6, 8 or 10 by pressing the desired speed and incline level button on each side of the console display. You can also increase or decrease speed and incline using the Up/Down arrow buttons.
