The Spirit® XE200 Elliptical Trainer is a very compact space efficient design with all the features you need.

The Spirit® XE200 Elliptical Trainer has a 3-position adjustable footpedal angle, upper handle mounted resistance switches for ease of use and a comfortable 20" stride length.

The Spirit® XE200 Elliptical Trainer provides 20 levels of resistance, a 30lb flywheel, oversized structural tubing and foot pedals with a 2-degree inward slant to provide a natural and comfortable movement.

Additionally, the Spirit® XE200 Elliptical Trainer offers both contact and telemetry heart rate monitoring, a backlit tri-color LCD screen as well as cooling fans and a water bottle holder.
