The Spirit® XE100 Elliptical Trainer provides a very compact space efficient design with all the basic features.

The Spirit XE100 elliptical Trainer has a 3-position adjustable footpedal angle and a comfortable 20" stride length.

The Spirit® XE100 elliptical Trainer provides 20 levels of resistance, a 24lb flywheel and foot pedals with a 2-degree inward slant to provide a natural feel.

Additionally, the Spirit® XE100 elliptical Trainer offers both contact and telemetry heart rate monitoring, a blue backlit LCD screen and cooling fans and a water bottle holder.
