Gyrotonic Transformer PowerCoil Resistance System with Video
The Gyrotonic includes 3 sets of high resistance springs and a PowerBar for upper and lower body strength training. All Gyrotonic Transformers come equipped with a coil system that delivers 90 pounds of resistance. By adding one, two, or all three sets of PowerCoils, the resistance can be increased by 200%, 250%, or up to 300%. The included Gyrotonic workout video takes you through 23 minutes of training that strengthens your legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms, and abs. At the beginning of each exercise, you are prompted with the number of repititions as well as the number of sets for four fitness levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced and elite, so this workout will accommodate and guide you to reaching your long-term strength-building goals.
