Although it has been called a work of art, the BodyCraft® Back and Arm Machine Model F620 is really a serious Strength Training System. The unique design combines the features of a Lat Machine with an Arm Curl Machine.

The BodyCraft® Back and Arm Machine Model F620 is the only bench designed to fit into any Smith Machine, or Rack System. As the bench inclines, it slides back and under the bar.
The BodyCraft® Back and Arm Machine Model F620 makes a great dumbbell bench! Eighteen inches tall in flat position and only gets lower from there, making dumbbells easy to reach.
