The SpiritŪ XR425 Recumbent Bike features a heavy flywheel (24 lbs) and high gear ration which results in an extremely smooth feel. Cushioned foot pedals help to eliminate foot numbness. The display board incorporates a heart rate graph to ensure you are exercising at the proper level. An integrated fan keeps you cool.
