The Life Fitness X3 Elliptical Trainer works hard to keep you engaged and focused while you exercise. The advanced workout console offers a host of challenging workout programs, including sport-specific training or interactive heart rate monitoring using the Lifepulse digital hand sensors or Polar wireless chest strap. You can also save the name, age, weight, and workout preferences for multiple users in your household, or create custom workouts for each user.

The Life Fitness X3 Elliptical Trainer accommodates users of all shapes and sizes thanks to its oversized pedals, which ensure that no matter how big, small, wide, or narrow your feet are, you still get the same club-quality experience. Best of all, the X3 disperses the efforts throughout both your legs and arms, helping you burn more calories with less perceived exertion.

Other features include an ErgoGrip stationary handlebar that provides stability during lower-body-only workouts, an oversized dual accessory tray with a built-in reading rack, a 300-pound capacity, a 20-inch stride length, and an easy-to-read LCD display that tracks your distance, speed, calories burned, level, time, heart rate, target heart rate, METs, and watts.
