The seat and back pads on the Life Fitness Adjustable Bench are intelligently and functionally contoured to match the shape of the user's back and hips. The ergonomically contoured Seat pad is triangular in shape and is lower in height to allow comfortable seating position for user with their feet comfortably planted on the ground. The Back pad is ergonomically designed to be wider at the base for comfort and stability, and narrower near the top to allow for free movement of shoulders and arms. The heavy-duty padding and finish on the Life Fitness GADJ Adjustable Bench is extremely durable, and something usually reserved for the highest caliber commercial and studio benches.

The Life Fitness GADJ Adjustable Bench can be comfortably adjusted from the seated position, simply by lifting the adjustment lever and moving your hips forward or backward which will cause the seatrail to slide into the desired position! There are 6 positions for the back pad: 0 degrees(Flat), 4 incline positions, and an 80 degree Shoulder Press position. The Seat pad has 2 settings: Flat and Decline(for use with multiple incline, shoulder positions).

Positioned at the top of the Head pad, the handlebar on the handlebar is is ideally designed to hold onto when performing abdominal leg raises on the bench, or as a stabilizer handle for other exercises around the bench.

Transport wheels and a grab handle make it very easy to roll into position.
