With the Teeter Hang Ups DEX II Decompression and Extension, the body is placed at a 90 / 90 position to help flatten the lumbar curve for greater separation of the lower vertebrate. Traction is applied to the hip joints and spine with no load placed on the sensitive ankle and knee joints. Ideal for performing hyperextensions. Provides the same benefits of a Roman Chair but offers better ergonomic support.

Convenient traction handles offer increased decompression of the spine to safely and effectively stretch the lower back muscles.
