Like all Bodyguard treadmills, the Bodyguard T240 treadmill includes: a 4-way reversible 1" thick treadmill deck, large 2.5" diameter rollers, an industrial grade two-ply running belt, heart rate control programs, "Just-Go" quick start feature, elevation up to 15%, Advanced Friction Detection System (AFDS) and Electronic Stride Control (ESC) as basic features. AFDS prevents over-heating of the motor and shortage of the drive by verifying, in real-time, the friction level between the running belt and the phenolic deck. ESC ensures that speed stays constant at any incline, regardless of users weight or fitness level - this prevents over-speeding of motor.

Ergonomic front handlebars are very comfortable to hold. Contact Heart Rate grips and Side Handlebars are optional on the Bodyguard T240 Treadmill.
