The HangUps® EZ-Up Inversion System is a complete Inversion system for home or office use where space does not allow for an Inversion Table. The HangUps® EZ-Up Inversion System comes complete with the HangUps Inversion Rack and the HangUps SL Spyder Gravity Boots. Attaching to any door frame that is 28" to 32.7" wide (the standard size for 98% of doorways in the USA and Canada), the HangUps EZ-Up Inversion System takes up no floorspace and yet provides a platform for complete Inversion.

Because the HangUps® EZ-Up Inversion System requires some degree of strength and flexibility to mount, it is designed for strong athletes and Inversion enthusiasts and not necessarily for those seeking relief from back pain. FEATURES:

Video and Instruction Sheet - The HangUps EZ-Up Inversion System includes an instructive video that guides you through the assembly process, use, exercises, and frequently-asked questions. It also includes an instruction sheet with even more detailed information. The HangUps EZ-Up Inversion System comes with an 88-page medical research book on inversion written for the layperson. It is highly recommended that you view the video and read the instruction sheet prior to use even if you have used similar equipment but especially if you are using an Inversion Table for the first time.
Removable Calf Loops - The HangUps EZ-Up Inversion System includes removable calf loops for added support. The calf loops support your knee at a 2 degree bend, which has been determined to be the optimal angle to reduce the load on the knee joint and at the top of the foot.
Flexible Shell With Ratcheting Locks - The HangUps EZ-Up Inversion System's shell is made from a blend of DuPont® Hytrel™ to provide a firm but pliable shell to minimize pressure points. The ratcheting lock buckles are similar to ski boot buckles and snugly hold your legs and ankles during inversion.
Super Soft Foam Liners - The HangUps EZ-Up Inversion System's super soft foam liners offer the most comfortable foam available on any inversion product for unbeatable inversion comfort.
Exclusive Locking Brackets - The HangUps EZ-Up Inversion System features a unique mounting system that secures the bar to the doorframe without interfering with the door's operation. With the bar in place, your door can function normally with no inconvenience.
