The fully adjustable Pec Fly / Rear Delt Station with range limiters allows users to achieve deeper muscle penetration for faster, more defined results. The Leg Press / Calf Press Station operates on a 2:1 weight ratio giving the Body-Solid EXM3700LPS Multi-Station Gym the awesome capacity of a 420 Lb. leg press! FEATURES:

Lat pull down/high pulley station for peforming lat pull downs, tricep press downs, cable cross over movements, and many other assorted exercises.
Ab Crunch/Mid Pulley Station for doing ab crunches, tricep extensions, and more!
Leg Extension/Leg Curl Station for building up that leg strength. The gym seat can be adjusted up and down to change the space between the upper and lower rollers.
A VERY nice Chest Press/Incline press/shoulder press Station with chest supported mid-row. This unit features hand grips with multiple grip positions to vary your workouts, and accent different parts of the chest.
Seated Row/Low Pulley station offers tons of variety. You can stand up and do curls, upright rows, seated rows and more.
The Pec/Dec Station on this gyms also features range of motion. This means that besides doing flys, you can move the arms to the inside, and then do reverse flys.
