Boost the versatility of your BodyCraft F430 Power Rack with the optional BodyCraft F431 Lat / Low Row Attachment. The accessory, which mounts to the rear of your power rack, makes it easy to focus on the back and lat muscles while working out.

The BodyCraft F431 Lat / Low Row Attachment affixes to the top of the F430, with a plate-loading system that accepts weights in small increments (an optional 200-pound weight stack is also available but is not included). The lat row, meanwhile, extends from the bottom of the power rack and gives the lifter the opportunity to perform a seated row.

Other details on the BodyCraft F431 Lat / Low Row Attachment include non-slip handles, two weight clamps for securing weight plates to the pins, and support for both Olympic and smaller weight plates.
